You must pay for the following actions:
* For small metres, disconnecting electricity and water will cost AED 100 (USD 27).
* For large metres, disconnecting electricity and water will cost AED 300 (USD 82).

In Dubai, How Do You Pay Your Utility Bills?

* Emirates ID
* Account closure letter from the previous tenant
